Return and Exchange Policy
- We endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
- We suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering.

- At Kelaayah we have no return policy.
- We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on Kelaayah as accurately as possible.
- The product exchanged should be in the same condition as received with the tags intact.
- Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging with dust bag are eligible for exchange.
- Customized or special delivery orders cannot be returned/exchange.
- Jewelry and accessories are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
- The reverse pickup shipment is to be borne by the customer.
- Exchange request must be made within 48hours of delivery.
- The cost of reverse pickup (Rs.300/-) for the product is to be borne by the customer or customer can courier the same to us.
- Returns and exchange are not applicable on discounted products or promotional campaigns.
- Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order with valid reasons only size/same product exchange is available.
- We provide a store credit in case of non-availability of product which can be utilized anytime within 3 months from the date of issue.
- Store credit equaling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro with a validity of 3 months from the date of receipt of store credit.
- In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to the recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.

- Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy Kelaayah reserves the right to reject any request for the return and/or exchange of any products without giving any reasons for the same. In such cases, products will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.
- Kelaayah will never e-mail or call a customer and ask that they disclose or verify their password, credit card, or banking account number.
- Internationally shipped items are not returnable or exchangeable.
