INDIAN CUSTOMERS

*We ship from our Delhi Office.

*For Domestic Orders, we ship via Shiprocket.

*We partner with reputed courier services, so that your products reach you on time. However,    this can vary during some  unavoidable situations.

*We do not accept custom orders for our ready to ship products.

*Most of our products generally have 1-2 inches margin for fittings at your end.

*As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you via an email.

*The delivery timeline differs based on the product.

*All COD orders will be verified via phone or email prior to dispatch, so please ensure your contact details are accurate.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

*We ship across the globe. We ship via FedEx, DHL, UPS.

*The time of delivery and shipping cost may vary according to location of delivery.

*We do not accept custom orders for our ready to ship products.

*Most of our products generally have 1-2 inches margin for fittings at your end.

*STUDIO AMAS  tries to dispatch the order as soon as possible but there can be slight      delay because of unavoidable circumstances.

*As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

*As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

*In case, a customer is sending an item back, custom duties or any shipping charges are to borne by themselves. The company will not be responsible and liable for any fee levied.
