Shipping Policy

SHIPPING METHODS AND FEES

At Kelaayah, we provide free domestic shipping for all prepaid orders.

International orders, however, can only be prepaid and will have an additional shipping fee depending on the country of delivery. The items in the order may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and will be responsible for all Import Fees.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

All domestic orders will take approximately 10-12 days for delivery from the date of order. International orders take a minimum of 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. These timelines may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
NOTE: All Customised orders should be prepaid and Express Delivery only available in prepaid orders

SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer free shipping across India if the order is prepaid. COD is available with an additional charge of INR 300                                                 

INSURANCE

Kelaayah insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by kelaayah and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

For Indian customers, product prices are inclusive of taxes & duties.
